SHIPPING POLICY

For domestic shipping, we use TIKI service, which you can choose the types of service according to your needs. It takes about 1-2 working days to ship around Jakarta and 2-5 working days to other cities in Indonesia. You can find the rates at https://tiki.id/

  • We do not guarantee all goods will be received on regular time, since there might be some problems happened such as the address cannot be found or there are no receiver on the destination address at the time goods are arrived), but we will make sure all goods will be arrive to your destination address, if you find problem on the delivery process, you can directly contact us.

  • Please understand that we cannot be responsible for delay caused by courier service.

  • Your order will be processed around 1-2 working days after payment is confirmed.

  • We do not ship on Sunday and public holiday.

  • Please allow 2 days to ship your order after payment confirmation. We take one day for payment checking and we will ship your order after payment checking is complete on the next day.

  • We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer. Please note that we are unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment.

  • You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

JAKARTA AREA: Estimated delivery times, 1-2 working days after shipment.
OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA: Estimated delivery times, 2-5 working days after shipment, depend on services type. Delay might occur during public holidays.

SHIPPING FEES

Please refer to https://tiki.id/ for domestic shipping fees. International shipping fees are upon request. Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. International shipping fees may change based on exchanged rate. Shipping fees will appear together with your total after check out.

RISK OF LOSS

The Handcrafter does not responsible in the risk of loss of the products after TIKI/Other delivery couriers delivers them to the designated address.Customers are responsible if TIKI/Other delivery couriers can’t deliver the goods on time due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address, or the recipient rejects the goods.If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer’s conditions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Strictly no refunds, returns, exchanges of products, unless manufacturer defects and mistakes.

We have implemented a system which minimizes missing items in an order.

  •  replacements are based on availability 

  • we do not accept exchanges or returns for these reasons :

    • unsold products (for resellers)

    • due to lighting and differences in computers the actual color may vary from what you see on-screen, this is not a valid reason for return

    • change your mind, do not like the items anymore.
